Our Story
Lifelong hunters, makers, and creatives.
Fieldworx Northwest emerged from a shared realization between McKinley and Zack: that their individual passions—one grounded in the rugged authenticity of the outdoors, the other in refined, high-caliber content creation—could be combined to build something unique.
Fieldworx Northwest sets out to craft elevated, story-driven visuals that honor the raw character of the field while delivering the sophistication of modern creative work. The mission is to present outdoor culture with intention, artistry, and a commitment to staying unapologetically real.
Zack, born and raised in Oregon’s Columbia Gorge, has carried a lifelong devotion to the outdoors and conservation. From chasing squirrels as a boy to pursuing trophy blacktail deer and following waterfowl migrations across the Northwest, hunting has never been a hobby—it has been his way of life. With a degree in Natural Resources and Habitat Management from Oregon State, involvement in Ducks Unlimited and RMEF, and a Life Membership with the Washington Wild Sheep Foundation, Zack approaches every landscape with respect and purpose. After decades in the field, Zack holds a library of untold stories—quiet, formative moments and unforgettable encounters shaped by weather, wildlife, and instinct.
